Independent launcher, transparent limits.

Effective 6 September 2026. These terms apply to Hyperix Launcher and its official distribution pages.

Independent project

Hyperix is an independent launcher. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is required to play Minecraft; you are responsible for holding any required game licence and complying with Minecraft’s terms.

Third-party content

Mods, modpacks, resource packs, shaders, servers, and other community content are provided by their respective creators and services. Hyperix uses supported provider APIs and does not claim ownership of that content. You must follow each provider’s terms, project licence, author restrictions, and applicable law. Hyperix must not be used to bypass a creator’s distribution choice, game restrictions, or platform safeguards.

Security and compatibility

Third-party game content can be incompatible, unstable, malicious, or harmful. Hyperix shows recorded-source and local/changed-content signals where available, but these are provenance signals, not a malware certification. Review content carefully, keep backups, and use trusted sources. Hyperix may disable or change an integration when a provider’s rules, API, or safety requirements require it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hyperix to infringe intellectual-property rights, evade access controls, distribute prohibited content, attack services, or violate the terms of Microsoft, Minecraft, Modrinth, CurseForge, Ely.by, or another service you choose to use. Do not misrepresent Hyperix as an official product of another organisation.

Availability and changes

Hyperix is provided as an independent project. Features and provider availability can change, and updates may be required for security, compatibility, or policy reasons. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your region.
